Our Story

Thessaloniki, not the postcard

Blue and white is for the islands. Thessaloniki — Greece's first UNESCO City of Gastronomy — tells a different story: Byzantine, Ottoman, Asia Minor, layered into every dish. Ef's Table exists to bring that real story to Poland, one table at a time.

Last winter, a one-day event in a village cultural center outside Białystok — authentic Greek food paired with a projected history of real Greek music, not Zorba — drew so many people it became a two-day event.
